POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a Construction CFO for our civil construction operations that will be based in the Nashville, TN area or performed as a remote work from anywhere within the USA.

The role will oversee all finance, banking, insurance, and accounting for the firm. It is the top strategic financial position reporting to the president.

Projects include all types of transportation and civil work including bridges, railroad, highway and marine.

This position is available due to the firm's recent company growth and the retirement of an incumbent.


REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should have a stable job history having worked at a civil construction company (EPC, D/B, Construction Management, General Contractor)

Candidates should have experience with budget preparation, strategic planning, internal controls, tax, audit functions, and related software experience.

Candidates should also have good skills in communication, time management, personnel management, client/vendor management, leadership.

Although we prefer someone who has functioned as a construction CFO, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer (Controller or VP Finance) who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.

Local experience or networks are not necessary and we are open to relocating a candidate from anywhere in the USA.
