We are a NYC construction and project management firm that has acquired a commercial mechanical contractor in the Washington DC area. We are now seeking a president to oversee this enterprise.

The enterprise performs multimillion dollar commercial HVAC and plumbing projects (new construction and mechanical services) on projects throughout Greater Washington, DC (the MD, VA and DC area).

Candidates should have commercial mechanical construction experience in HVAC and plumbing as an executive manager. We need someone with a stable job history, P&L experience (as a president or division manager), excellent people, client and communication skills. Candidates must have extensive experience in HVAC and or Plumbing on commercial buildings, and a stable job history. We will consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level, but prefer someone who has been a President or Division Manager who has overseen at least a $10 million revenue enterprise.
