We are a construction management firm that has acquired a commercial mechanical contractor in the Ocean City, Maryland area. We are now seeking a president to oversee this enterprise.

The enterprise performs multimillion commercial HVAC and plumbing new construction and services on projects throughout the MD and DE coastal region.

Candidates should have commercial mechanical construction experience in HVAC and plumbing as an executive manager. We need someone with a stable job history, P&L experience (as a president or division manager), excellent people, client and communication skills. We will consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level, but prefer someone who has been a president who has overseen at least a $50 million revenue enterprise.
