We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer for our construction management firm to oversee all infrastructure, highway, and paving projects and personnel for CM, GC and DB projects in Austin, TX. The position will be a succession hire to the presidency and will participate on the executive board.

Candidates must have a stable job history in heavy highway, paving or general transportation projects with either a Contractor, Construction Management or Design-Build firm. Although we seek someone who has held an executive operations position or divisional management role with P&L experience, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
