We are seeking to hire a VP Division Manager to run all real estate development and construction of light industrial & self-storage buildings in SC, OH, IL or FL. We own, develop and build these facilities.

Candidates will oversee all personnel and operations for the region, including all project development and construction.

Some locations have existing offices while others are being managed remotely.

We are interested in individuals who have senior management experience in the development or construction but will consider an up-and-comer who is ready to step into this role. We will relocate as well but some locations can be operated remotely.
