Midsized commercial institutional building contractor seeks top the executive to lead its estimating and preconstruction department in Burlington VT.

The position will manage the department and personnel for multiple locations but this is a small operation. Project are mostly conceptual and negotiated projects ranging from $5m to $25m in size.
