CPM is a project and construction management firm based in NYC with projects throughout the USA.
We are currently working on a joint venture with a materials producer in Lancaster, PA and in Eastern CT that is seeking a VP Asphalt Plant Manager, and a Quarry Plant Manager. The positions will report directly to the Material Producers with a dotted line to us.
The firm is midsized and employee-owned and has been in business for many years with a good reputation. The positions are available due to growth.
Although we prefer an experienced senior plant manager over multiple plants (or quarries), we are willing to consider an up-and-comer with single plant management (or quarry) experience who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. Local experience or networks are not necessary since the firm is established and we seek skilled leadership. We are therefore open to relocating someone from anywhere within the USA.
