Midsized commercial, multifamily and institutional building CM firm seeks a Director or Chief Estimator to oversee the estimating and preconstruction department in the beautiful beach town of Portsmouth, NH.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is interested in managing a small estimating and preconstruction department, and in working remotely (or in the office) for a Construction Management & Design-Build firm.

The firm has been in business for many years in the area with a good reputation. Projects are primarily negotiated institutional, multifamily, and commercial buildings ranging from $5m to $50m in size.

Although we prefer an experienced estimating executive, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. Local experience or networks are not necessary since the firm is established and we seek leadership. We are therefore open to relocating someone. However, candidates can work remotely.
