Construction management firm seeks construction General or Senior Superintendent for overseeing all field operations and personnel for regional office in Portland, ME.

The ideal candidate will be provided permanent employment in the Portland area. Project include Athletic, Civic, Commercial, Cultural, Healthcare, Higher Education, Historic and Hospitality buildings and reach into VT, ME and NH.

Candidates must have senior superintendent or general superintendent experience with a general contractor or construction manager. Candidates should have a stable job history and at least 10+ years of construction superintendent experience. Although we seek an experienced senior or general superintendent, we will consider an up-and-coming project superintendent.

The position offers excellent pay and good advancement. We will also relocate anyone from the Northeast for this role.
