We are seeking to hire a construction Senior Project Manager with a midsized commercial roofing contractor in Fort Lauderdale and a roofing Construction Manager in West Palm Beach.

The construction firms are established commercial and institutional building roofing contractors that work on mostly negotiated projects including Athletic, Civic, Commercial, Cultural, Healthcare, Higher Education, Historic, Hospitality, K-12, and Multifamily. They are established and reputable and are seeking leadership due to growth. These are both excellent career opportunities with reputable firms with whom we have worked for many years.

Both roles will oversee multiple construction projects and related personnel, and report to the SrVP of Construction. We seek someone with a stable job history who has good communication and people skills, and who enjoys leading teams.

Although we prefer an experienced senior manager, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer with solid project management experience who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. Local experience or networks are not necessary since the firms are established and we seek leadership. We are therefore open to relocate someone.
