Construction management firm and real estate developer in Atlanta, GA seeks Director of Preconstruction to oversee all preconstruction operations for the regional office.


Candidates must have at least 5 to 10 years experience in construction either in estimating or preconstruction or project management, stable job history, and experience with multifamily or hospitality building projects.

Candidates with estimating backgrounds are preferred, however, they do NOT have to come from estimating backgrounds.
