Construction Management firm seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for Central Pennsylvania. The firm specializes in hospitality, multifamily, and commercial building projects.

The position will oversee all sales and marketing for the region, including strategic planning, account development, account management, RFPs, marketing materials, etc.

Although we prefer an experienced business development professional, we are open to an up-and-comer from operations or preconstruction (project executive, preconstruction, or Sr Project Manager) with good relationship building and people skills.
