Construction Management firm specializing in hospitality and multifamily construction seeks Senior Vice President of Business Development to lead all sales and marketing efforts in Orlando, FL.

Candidates must have stable job history working for a contractor (general contractor, specialty contractor, construction manager, design-build or EPC firm), and experience as a seasoned business development manager or business development executive dealing with construction services. The position will supervise 6 marketing and sales staff, and be responsible for the overall department. The position reports to the president. This role involves strategic planning and participation in the executive committee.

Although we prefer an experienced executive, we will consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.

We will relocate from anywhere in the USA. The position is highly confidential.
